Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation often referred to as Deep Sleep Meditation. It is said, 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to three hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra can drop you into a sleep like state but you are awake and aware. When in the sleep like state, it allows the mental body to relax so deeply, the body is able to rest and repair on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Yoga Nidra is incredibly helpful to people who suffer from: Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, Trauma, PTSD and much more.
It allows the mental body to rewire past thought patterns, to be more at peace in the present moment. It helps to release the things that keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward.
It's energy work aiming to help clients release blocked energy in the body through intention, prayer, meditation and light touch which helps to shift stuck or stagnant energy.
It's energy work helping to release blocked energy in your space by simply swapping negative energy with positive energy using intuition, meditation, prayer and sprinkling in a bit of Feng Shui principles.
moving into a new home - after de-cluttering your space - something feels off or avoiding a particular room or space
after a breakup or divorce - after an illness, death or traumatic event - struggling with job or finances

or just wanting your space to feel light, fresh or renewed
Did you know your state of health shows up in your Aura? The Aura is an ever-changing energy field that surrounds the body and all living things. The Aura is composed of many layers, starting with an inner layer closest to the body and often within the body extending outward many feet. Your aura is affected daily by your thoughts and feelings, either conscience or unconscious. It is also energy flowing through the physical body.
Chakra means, "Wheel" in Sanskrit. It refers to energy points in the body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy which run along the spine and should stay open and aligned as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that effect our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
